Products and features designed are being used by millions of users. As a design leader, I am passionate about creating an environment where designers can do their best work and grow their capabilities. Have built and grown teams, created mechanisms for planning and managing workloads and goals. Believe in leading by example and being humble, kind, and collaborative. I have fostered and built practices that increase the diversity of the team and the equity of opportunities.

Design Process
The 6-stage process is a flexible method of how I have approached product design throughout my career.
The method is flexible and constantly evolving as per project complexity and scope. This process has helped me ship products which often resonate with the user. Product Innovation, Strategy and Design is at the core of every work I do with keeping in mind the aspects of feasability, viability and desireability.
